By ordering a commission, you (the commissioner) agree to the terms of service between you and the artist.
Before ordering, please read through the terms carefully first.
General

The artist has the right to refuse an order for any reason.

Commissions are a digital item. There is no physical item to be shipped.
Usage

Unless requested otherwise to be kept private, the artist has the right to use the artwork, such as posting online, use in portfolios, or use as a commission example.

The commissioner CANNOT use ANY of the artwork for AI purposes.

If the commissioner wishes to share the art themselves, proper credit must be provided.

If the commissioner wishes to use the artwork for commercial use (ex. t-shirts or keychains), it must be discussed with the artist.
Process

The artist will contact the commissioner after a request is made to start the artwork.

Half of the commission price will be paid at the start of the commission.

The sketch final will be shown if any changes need to be made. After this point, if there is any major changes to be made, there will be an additional cost. The artist will notify the commissioner of the price increase. This price increase will be added to the other unpaid half. Any minor changes, such as a change in effects, will be free of charge.

More progress updates can be provided if requested if the commission is to be used commercially.

No private information will be shared. This goes for both the artist and the commissioner.

By paying, you (the commissioner) agree to these terms of services.
Completion
-
The commissioner will be provided a watermarked and an un-watermarked version of the artwork. If the commissioner wishes to share the art themselves, they are encouraged to use the watermarked version for that purpose.
